We have an exciting Delivery/Programme Lead role within the public sector to lead and give Direction, and be the Voice of Authority on data, knowledge and information management to the team to lead implementation plans and inform/take decisions
Articulate the data, knowledge and information elements of our enterprise design 3. Advocate and engage with key stakeholders to understand what is needed and what is possible and provide options and recommendations for agreed business outcomes
Experience:
- Experience in leading a team of specialists in Knowledge and Information Management in a complex organisation and in an uncertain and fast changing environment
- Developing strategic plans, prioritising and directing team-led activities, building a common direction
- Experience in influencing and decision making up to Board level in connection with KIM or data governance related initiatives affecting multiple areas of the organisation
- Evidence of effective collaborative working and communication skills to build and maintain networks and communities, bringing people together to achieve shared common objectives
- Experience in directing activities to evolve and mature how knowledge, information and data assets are identified and managed, working with others to influence, enable and support business aims
- Evidence of working autonomously at pace to solve problems and address risks and issues
