We have a fantastic long-term opportunity for an Assistant Director inside the Digital and Data space within local authority
Be the strategic voice of the customer: championing customer focus and strategic change to improve customer experience
Strategic leadership of the Digital Product and Delivery functions. Accountable for the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of modern digital services that support a high quality customer experience, enable efficient, joined up service delivery that supports the Council's strategic move to modern, cloud-based digital services. Strategic leadership of the Data and Insight service, maximising the value of our data assets to fully understand the customer experience and inform future decisions about service delivery and strategic direction
Oversee the design and delivery of first-class customer experiences, creating opportunities to deliver outside of current public sector constraints within a budget envelope
Strategic oversight of the evaluation and impact analysis of major digital design options,
